Step 1

Clock in, then select route and truck.

• Confirm building arrival.
• Confirm Truck 00.
• Confirm Route LRN1.

Step 2

Route Pre-Check is immediately next.

• Review every LRN1 stop.
• Deselect stops not on the truck.
• Flag anything Dispatch should check.

Step 3

DOT Pre-Trip uses 12 anti-pencil-whip questions.

• Buttons alternate positive and negative order.
• Any failed answer requires confirmation.
• Dispatch notification defaults on for failures.

All-pass Q12 auto-submits into Mileage + Fuel.

Step 4

Mileage, fuel, and load must be verified.

• Agree mileage/fuel is verified.
• Select fuel as 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100%.
• Click load categories White → Green → Yellow → Red.

Step 5

Run stops with POD camera and signature.

• Capture POD photo.
• Capture signature/initials.
• Geostamp attaches automatically when available.

Step 6

Break, fuel receipt, post-trip, closeout.

• Complete the DOT lunch break step.
• Capture fuel receipt or confirm no fuel purchased.
• Submit post-trip, ending mileage, and end shift.
